If you don’t know what the Murph is, it is a workout done on Memorial Day in honor of LT. Michael P. Murphy a US Navy SEAL. You can find out more from the official webpage here…
The actual workout is
1 Mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push ups
300 Air squats (AKA body weight squats)
1 Mile run
Oh and you do all this in a 20lb weighted vest or in body armor…
