Falling Down
It was a Friday evening in February and snow was falling when Stillwater FD was called out for a shed fire. We arrived on scene and were greeted with a steep snow covered hill.
Problems
It was about 12pm on a Saturday in Stillwater, NJ. The fire dept. got blown out for a MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) into a pole with entrapment and wires down.
Why Cops need to Know Spanish
Close your eyes if you will. Its about 3am and the air is cool. The night is brightly lit with the full moon and its a brisk 35 degrees out on the plains of Texas. I'm parked on the side of a residential road working on my logs when I see the figure of a man walking *if you can call it walking* towards me about 2 streets down. I'm thinking GREAT another drunk!
The Klepto-Jacking
Last night our local fire department was called to an accident. Several of us responded in our private vehicles. I happened to be driving a minivan. Actually, I refuse to call it a minivan, preferring instead to call it "the fambulance."
