Body cam footage of thieves running into the arms of waiting police

A Seattle Costo employee called police after noticing suspects from a past theft in the store. The suspects had grabbed an armload of computers and ran out a fire exit.

Officers arrived to find the getaway driver parked by the fire exit.

“Let’s just wait for them to come out,” a police officer can be heard saying on a dash cam video of the incident. “He’s just going to run out with a laptop.”

Seconds later a 30-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman opened the fire exit. They exited the building with stolen property in their hands only to find police mere feet away.
